嚴選五花腩，肥瘦相間，鹽香入味；自家醃製鹹蛋黃油潤甘香，配上北海道瑤柱、蝦米，鹹香濃郁。糯米軟糯不黏口，豆香淡淡飄出，口感層次分明，讓人一試難忘。
Made with marbled pork belly, perfectly balanced between lean and fat, and seasoned to a savoury depth. Our house-made salted egg yolk is rich and smooth, complemented by dried scallop, shrimp, and chestnut. The glutinous rice is soft yet not sticky, gently perfumed by mung beans. A nostalgic taste with layered textures—unforgettable from the very first bite.
